Finance and Accounting
We offer central accounting processes, including bookkeeping services, accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as taking care of the general ledger, and creditor and debtor management for all outgoing and incoming payments. We work continuously on the improvement of our processes.
Procurement
We support purchasing by managing the sourcing activities, negotiations and strategic selection of good and services that are important to risk mitigation and profitability. This includes data analysis of spend, maintaining cash flow through supplier terms, and continuous improvement of supplier relationship. Team members are responsible for purchasing of industrial machines and components used to manufacture goods, as well as paper goods, office supplies and equipment, and purchasing utility services.
EHS Compliance
We provide OSHA compliance and environmental compliance systems and consulting for the management of hazardous waste, hazardous materials, toxic substances, stormwater, air emissions, water discharges, employee hazards, and worker safety.
Quality
We specialize in improving quality, throughput, and delivery times while maximizing profitability and preserving customer relationships. We leverage ISO, 6-sigma and other lean manufacturing processes to help achieve success.
Human Resource Management
We provide a wide range of Human Resources consulting and management services to help clients stay focused on growth and opportunity. We administer compensation, payroll and benefits solutions.
We offer recruitment process outsourcing and government compliance support. This includes vetting prospective employees and background screenings; as well as services related to hiring and terminating employees.
